Tim Hoffman to represent Barro’s Pizza in the 6 Alarm Firehouse Cook-off Showdown

PHOENIX – Barro’s Pizza is being represented by the manager of its newest location that opened in Deer Valley last month, at the 6 Alarm Firehouse Cook-off Showdown on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013.

The Cook-off Showdown will be to benefit the 100 Club of Arizona. Hoffman will be teaming up with two local firefighters as his sous-chefs to help create the best fiery dish.  Hoffman will be cooking the famous Barro’s Hot Wing Pizza, with a few twists that will turn up the heat.

The event will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Sub-Zero Wolf located at 15570 N. 83rd Way, Scottsdale, AZ. Tickets are available at HERE at $45 per person and all proceeds made from the event will go directly to help those in need at the 100 Club of Arizona. Entry to the event includes: access to all 6 chefs and the food they are presenting along with beer from Old World Brewery, wine from Arizona Stronghold, and drinks from Dirty Tequila.

Along with the live cook-off, this sizzling event will also include a silent and live auction, where you will be able to bid on a date with a handsome firefighter of your choice.

The 100 Club of Arizona is a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to the families of Police officers and Firefighters who were seriously injured or killed in their line of duty, it also provides resources to help enhance the safety and welfare of the families.
