Arizona joins multistate lawsuit to halt Obama’s executive action
PHOENIX – Last week, as Gov. Jan Brewer winds down her final weeks in office, she authorized the state of Arizona to join a multistate lawsuit in an attempt to halt President Obama’s executive action to ignore federal immigration law and unilaterally grant amnesty to approximately five million illegal aliens.

25 members of Congress file brief in support of challenge to Independent Payment Advisory Board

Washington, DC – On December 4, 25 members of Congress filed a “friend of the court” brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a legal challenge to the Independent Payment Advisory Board created by the Affordable Care Act. The members of Congress are supporting a legal challenge filed by the Goldwater Institute.
