CAVE CREEK – On Tuesday, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Lisa Daniel Flores sided with Plaintiff Gerald Freeman, who filed a complaint to boot Councilman Dick Esser from the ballot, after Esser decided to rescind his withdrawal from the campaign, awarding Freeman taxable costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Mother Nature deals blow to giant Horny Toad saguaros
CAVE CREEK – Huge saguaro arms came crashing down on the patio at the Horny Toad restaurant late Monday afternoon. More arms broke off later that evening and again in the middle of the night.

Saturday, Jan. 5, began like a typical morning, but as he started making his coffee something felt like it was stuck in his chest. When he tried to stretch, he realized it was something much worse.
