We would like to invite you to the 2015 Annual Mighty Military invitational hosted by Military Assistance Mission at Ben Avery Clay Target Center. This event is a great opportunity for military and civilians to enjoy a competitive yet entertaining time together. Come join us in a friendly shooting competition as we celebrate our country and our patriotism.
Military Assistance Mission is hosting the 2015 Mighty Military Invitational. Show off your 12 or 20 gauge shooting skills and compete with our Arizona Military.
When: Saturday, October 24, 2015. Check-in begins at 8 a.m. The event is from 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
The clay target center is located on the grounds of Ben Avery Shooting Facility in north Phoenix. The entrance to the Clay Target Center is off of Carefree Highway, about 1.5 miles west of the I-17. Turn north at the stop light, which marks the entrance to the AZGFD headquarters.

-All participants will receive:
-Basic Instruction from a CTC Range Master
-Eye and Ear protection
-75 Sporting Clay Targets and Shotgun Shells
-Loaner Shotgun: 20 gauge*
-Bottled Water
-Placed into teams, which will be a mixture of military and civilian men and women to insure a purely American experience.
-A chance to support Military Assistance Mission, which supports our troops and their families as well as our wounded warriors.
• A 20 gauge shotgun will be provided. If you decide to bring your own 12-gauge shotgun, please notify MAM when you register so that the proper ammunition may be provided. Only 12 and 20 gauge shotguns are allowed for this competition. Shooters may bring their own ammunition.
Participant Fees:
CIVILIAN - $110
VETERAN - $100
CURRENT SERVICE MEMBER* - Free
• Current Service Members -Please note: We ask for a $20.00 registration fee secure your spot as ammo, gun rental and eye/ear wear is provided. The $20.00 registration fee will be returned to the registered military member, with military ID, at check-in on the day of the event.
