Create your own Hidden in the Hills interactive map Featuring 50 Exhibiting Student Artists
The Sonoran Arts League’s Hidden in the Hills Artists Studio Tour and Sale is almost a month away! With the event taking place on November 20 – 22 and November 27 – 29, it’s time to plan ahead and we can assist with your planning.
A directory of artists, their studios, and artwork, as well as a Dining Guide, is available to view online or purchase for $5 at the Sonoran Arts League office. Be sure to visit www.hiddeninthehills.org to build your own custom map for the tour.
As part of its mission to mentor young artists, the Sonoran Arts League will again exhibit artwork from local students in grades K through 12 during their 19th Annual Hidden in the Hills Artists Studio Tour and Sale. The Youth Art Studio 1 Exhibition will be on display November 4 through November 30 at the Desert Foothills Library during library operating hours.
The public is invited to meet the young artists, as well as enjoy refreshments and musical entertainment, during the opening reception held November 12 at 6 p.m.
The 50 exhibiting student artists were selected from the 100 entries in the Celebration of the Arts exhibit held at Cactus Shadows Fine Arts Center last spring. The original work was photographed and will be displayed as a printed reproduction.
