Desert Foothills Photography Contest Reception and Awards
Saturday, July 11 from 4:30 – 6 p.m. All are welcome! Enjoy refreshments while you view more than 50 images selected from 91 entrants. The competition was judged by Peter Ensenberger, former photo director of Arizona Highways Magazine. An announcement will be made of 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers, along with Honorable Mentions. No registration.

New clarinet choir
Clarinet players of all ages are invited to join a newly formed clarinet choir, La Casa Clarinets. The group meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday evenings in the music practice room at La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church, 6300 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale.
