Desert Foothills Mountain Bike Association volunteer trail repair efforts continue

Desert Foothills Mountain Bike Association (DFMBA) members and their volunteers have spent over 500 hours on free trail stewardship and repairs within the Maricopa County Trail System this year. DFMBA runs the highly acclaimed and continually growing, annual Cave Creek Cactus Classic (C4) mountain bike race scheduled for November 8, 2014 (information available at www.dfmba.org) attracting racers, friends and family to enjoy Cave Creek trails and culture and patronize local businesses. Last year’s event brought 400 competitors (including 60 under the age of 14) and their families to Cave Creek and the event grows each year.
