Lawsuits
Last week was the week of lawsuits. First of all I received confirmation from Attorney Carol Lynn de Szendeffy that we prevailed in the case brought by neighbor Gerald Freeman. Freeman brought a claim that only he could use the easement crossing my property which he uses to access his home, even though I own and pay taxes on the underlying property.

Trenk, Spitzer and Monachino sue our town and county to stop recall

Obama is, quite literally, unbelievable
For Barack Obama, speeches are not just motivational instruments or representations of a desired state of affairs, but feats of political transubstantiation, where, if he utters them, words become reality.
It is a behavior not dissimilar to Adolf Hitler maneuvering imaginary German divisions from his Berlin bunker while Russian troops rampage throughout the city above him.
