Broadway star Megan Hilty performs with Phoenix Symphony
Saturday, February 8, 7:30 p.m. at Symphony Hall
Randall Craig Fleischer, conductor | Megan Hilty, vocalist
Megan Hilty, the multi-talented star of NBC’s Smash and Sean Saves the World, and Broadway’s hit musicals Wicked and 9 to 5, is taking the stage to pay special tribute to the tunes made famous by stars like Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James and Dolly Parton. Hear cherished songs like “Luck be a Lady,” “The Best is Yet to Come” and “9 to 5” live with The Phoenix Symphony. The show wouldn’t be complete without beloved classics “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” and “Bye Bye Baby,” as well as popular songs of Cole Porter, Harold Arlen and music from Megan’s debut solo album It Happens All the Time.
