Only two paths left for the United States
There is one fact of which Americans can be sure.
The federal government is corrupt to such an extent that only a comprehensive purge of its personnel, a complete revision of its policies and a drastic reduction in its size can prevent its inevitable transition to tyranny.
The obvious and despicable lies told by the Obama Administration, defended by the media and repeatedly unchallenged by the Republicans no longer quell the growing outrage of marginalized citizens.
In order to maintain the corrupt status quo, the US government, which is increasingly isolated from the governed, will progressively resort to oppression, lawlessness and unaccountability to the American people.
The Obama Administration’s policy of using the Internal Revenue Service to silence political opponents, thwart press investigations and suppress free speech is a deliberate direct assault on the rights guaranteed under the First Amendment to the Constitution.
In addition to his other scandals such as Fast & Furious, Climate-gate, Journolist, Pigford, and ACORN, in Benghazi Obama demonstrated that he could allow four Americans to be savagely murdered even though he had the means and opportunity to save their lives. He did nothing and then lied about it, all to serve his personal political interests.
Likewise, members of Congress, once elected, do not represent their constituents, but become party lackeys, whose sole purpose is to maintain the personal power and profits of an entrenched permanent political class and their financiers through tax theft disguised as legislation.
A majority of Americans continue to oppose Obamacare, while a whopping sixty-six percent of Americans do not want the federal government to make it easier for illegal aliens to earn citizenship.
The Gang of Eight Amnesty Bill (S. 744) led by liberal Democrat Senator Charles Schumer of New York and his “toy boy” Republican supporters: Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ), Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) represents one such effort despite the overwhelming objection of the American people and the proven failure of similar legislation. The 867-page Gang of Eight Amnesty Bill will give legal residence to 11 million illegal aliens and cost US taxpayers $6.3 trillion, while doing absolutely nothing to secure our borders.
There are only two possible outcomes of such political tendencies.
First, if Obama is not held accountable for his illegal policies and criminal dereliction of duty, the extent of government lawlessness and oppression will increase dramatically. There will be an enormous shift in power to the executive branch of government, making Congress irrelevant and the judicial branch impotent.
Nevertheless, presumptive potentates like Obama will learn that conquest is easy, but control is not. In the absence of representative government, Americans opposed to his radical progressive policies will increasingly defy federal authorities widening the gap between the rulers and the ruled. That will cause political if not geographic fragmentation of the country, raising the potential for violent civil conflict.
Alternatively, if, by some happy accident, he is exposed for the fraud, criminal and anti-American that I believe he is, Obama will go down, but he will take the Republican Party with him. That is why the Republicans are so reluctant to mount any major challenges to him. They are as complicit as the Democrats in the corruption that permeates Washington DC. The Republicans have made themselves willing subordinates to the Democrats and eager accessories to a criminal political enterprise in order to gather up the table scraps of power by assuming their role as the faux opposition and, thereby, providing the illusion of democratic government.
Both Democrats and Republicans prefer to risk the survival of the country than risk the truth.
American patriots, who want to restore the Constitution, establish political and fiscal sanity and ensure the return of honest, lawful, representative government, can only welcome Democrat-Republican mutually-assured destruction.
That scenario provides the one remaining opportunity for genuine reform. An American Renaissance can materialize, but only after the vermin infesting our political system have been eradicated.
