What’s new in Paradise Valley?
PARADISE VALLEY – The Town of Paradise Valley is breaking ground on their new Court Building today.
The new facility will be approximately 6,000 square foot one-story municipal court building comprising of a lobby area, office space for administrative staff, judge’s chambers and a courtroom for court proceedings.
Dick and Fritsche Design Group and D.L. Withers Construction have been working diligently on construction drawings and preconstruction services to ensure a quality project for the Town within budget and on schedule.
With the use of BIM/VDC technology (virtual design) and Studio/Review (Document Management) the Town of Paradise Valley will benefit from the programs ability to define clear project organization from preconstruction through construction. This software allows a single, secure project portal for real time updates, access and collaboration, while eliminating paper waster and data loss.
Construction is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2013.
