Al Neuharth R.I.P.
National news media gave extensive coverage to the death of Al Neuharth. Neuharth passed away at age 89. He was a long time CEO of Gannett Newspapers and the founder of USA Today.

Eric Schmidt wants to protect you from your neighbor’s drone, but what about Barack Obama’s?
As reported by the BBC, Google executive chairman Eric Schmidt expresses grave misgivings about civilian acquisition of drones during an interview with the Guardian (available only to that paper’s subscribers). Curiously, Schmidt voices little skepticism of government use of drones for surveillance and targeted killing.

Unintended victims
She went home from the gun store to endure a ten day cooling off period before she could take her new gun home. But her estranged husband, the subject of a restraining order, was not cooling off about their pending divorce. That same evening she was raped, beaten nearly to death, and their son was almost killed by the man he once called “Daddy.”

Our American economy
We can have a stronger economy by creating jobs in America instead of sending them to Mexico, China, India and other parts of the world.
It's time to bring jobs back to America. Business owners should be rewarded with a corporate tax rate of only 15 percent if they bring most of their jobs home. This will allow them to have more money to hire more people.
