Challenge filed to remove Trenk from ballot

CAVE CREEK – On Dec. 27, Attorney Tom Rawles, on behalf of his client Rob Papineau, filed a complaint in Maricopa County Superior Court to have Adam Trenk declared ineligible and unqualified to be a member of Cave Creek Town Council and removed from the March 12, 2013 ballot.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The day after Christmas, Attorney Larry Klayman, on behalf of his client Michael Voeltz, filed an expedited motion for rehearing after Leon County, Florida Circuit Court Judge Kevin J. Carroll dismissed their complaint challenging President Obama’s eligibility based on a ruling by a fictional judge in the 1947 Christmas film classic “Miracle on 34th Street.”
