At his May 2003 graduation from Desert Arroyo Middle School, Creeker Ry Eikleberry, then 14, proclaimed his professional goal of becoming the first jockey in his family’s long history as horsepersons.

SCOTTSDALE – Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts will present Chick Corea and Gary Burton: Duets on Friday, Jan. 18, at 8 p.m. The concert includes a 7 p.m. Arts-Connect talk on stage with Burton and KJZZ Music Director Blaise Lantana.
