Beyond Diamonds, a Desert Hills, Arizona, Paint Horse wins APHA World Championship
FORT WORTH, Texas—American Paint Horse, Beyond Diamonds, owned by Christina Leo of Desert Hills, Arizona, captured a World Championship title at the 2012 APHA World Championship Paint Horse Show. The show held November 7–17 in Fort Worth, Texas, is one of the American Paint Horse Association’s (APHA’s) premier events.
Beyond Diamonds, a 2003 mare, was shown in the Senior Barrel Racing class by Leo. In this class, competitors are timed as they complete a cloverleaf pattern around three barrels.
Open competitors may be youth, amateurs or professional trainers, and they can compete with their own horses or those owned by another individual.

The World Championship Paint Horse Show features the finest gathering of Paint Horses from around the globe.
