This issue, let’s talk about the changes in the market. I am sharing two charts from the Cromford Report. One will show the overall Real Estate Market for the past two years. While it is heading in the right direction if you are a buyer, it still isn’t much of a change over last year. I am glad Cromford is showing the past two years so we have a better understanding where we came from. And I am adding the foreclosure charts so you can see what the foreclosures look like, especially in comparison to the crash. We have a little more inventory than last year, however, if you are buyer, you may still be finding it difficult to find that perfect home. And the appreciation seems to be in the seller’s favor. If you are a buyer sitting on the fence, you have been missing out.
