We are almost closing out 2023. At where we are now, Carefree and Cave Creek are still holding strong with an average asking price of $402 per foot and an average selling price of $392 per foot. The demand is very high and our supply is still low. I do expect to see more inventory pop up after the first of the year. I specifically have clients asking me to wait to put their home in the MLS until then. The days on market have lengthened to 122 days from November, however, if you look at the 4th quarter for the past 5 years, it is down compared to the previous quarters of those years.
