You are receiving this letter or email because as one of the more prominent local businesses in the Cave Creek area we are requesting your involvement and assistance with our first major fundraising event – The 2023 1st Annual Shadows Nation Golf Outing which will be held at Dove Valley Ranch Golf Course on Thursday July 20th. This is truly a local event that will be attended by many Cave Creek families and have a direct measurable effect on our hometown High School’s football program. It is a great way for your business to showcase it’s continued involvement with the community and to reach local customer’s directly. It seems unlikely that the tax referendums will ever pass so it’s up to us as neighbors, parents, coaches and players to help raise some money for the Football program. Our goal for this event is $25,000 which will go towards newer, safer helmets for the boys and replacing the burnt-out overhead lights on the field which are both quite expensive. The Shadows Nation Football Booster Club is a registered 501 3c organization and all donations or payments are eligible to be used as a tax deduction.
We would invite your business to become involved in any way possible that you can. The registration website and QR code are linked at the bottom of the page and have all the details on the golf outing but here are some ways that you can help:
Register a foursome with a hole sponsorship – Get 4 of your employees together who play golf or are at least familiar with the concept and send them out to the outing. Wear uniforms or shirts that represent your business and join the fun day of events.
Sponsorships available. We have various sponsorships available. We are looking for an Overall Event / Technology sponsor, Individual Hole sponsorships, Hole in One-hole sponsorships that offer a $50K new car of $10K cash for the winners on two different holes, Beverage Cart sponsors, Custom Flag sponsorship, etc. There are plenty of unique ways to get your business and it’s brand involved here at the outing and interact with all the parents, players and coaches at the event.
Prize donations – Does your business make or sell widgets or whatcha-ma-call-its? Well, then donate a few of them and we’ll auction them off or put them in the raffle to help us raise some money. Complimentary Services or Gift Certificates make great raffle prizes.
Cash donations – Don’t have time to golf or make a prize donation? Feel free to make a cash donation on the website and we will use your money to purchase prizes to be raffled off or put it towards the fundraising goal.
Long term sponsorship – We are searching for long term sponsors to partner with us and receive significant brand recognition at the football field for future large -scale improvement projects that include a new digital scoreboard and new artificial turf.
