The Town of Cave Creek prevailed in an individual’s attempt to exclude mountain bikers from the Go John Preserve; claims which were completely rejected (in record time) by the Arizona Appellate Court. Its great to know our CC Town Council is ready & willing to defend recreational access to our taxpayer-funded preserves!!
