The fight against light pollution is an uphill struggle. It’s encouraging to see residents and visitors team up to preserve dark skies. It’s a quality of life issue. While some folks are indifferent to the concept of “less is more”, education and information are key. The Town of Cave Creek actually has a set of rules and regulations already in place to limit unwanted light. Enforcement is paramount. And cooperation goes a long way. So, talk to your neighbors and find common ground. Let’s make an effort to preserve a valuable resource.
