Arizona Lottery creates new, high odd games

Move over ordinary scratch offs, there is a new game in town. Actually, four games and a new category has been added by the Arizona Lottery. These games will combine scratcher and jackpot-type games to give players a fresh experience.

The new games were launched on February 16th and are called Fast Play. A spokesman for the Arizona Lottery, David Nunn, has stated there are $1, $2 and $5 tickets. There are increased odds of winning, and the combined prize pool is over $12 million. The top prize is almost $50,000.

Nunn has stated there was a winner in Tucson on February 12th who won $2,000 on one of the new games, Jackpot Party Progressive. Progressive prizes are based on the amount of ticket sales and players. Prizes can be as much as $5,000 Nunn believes Fast Play sales will be around $10 to $12 million by next year.
