Authentication sought for Obama’s Kenyan birth record

Is this the smoking gun or another forgery?
SANTA ANA, Calif. – On Aug. 1, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., the attorney dubbed “Queen of the Birthers” by liberal bloggers, filed a notice of motion, motion to expedite authentication and a motion for issuance of letters rogatory (a document issued by one court to a foreign court, requesting that the foreign court take evidence from a specific person within the foreign jurisdiction and return the testimony or proof of service for use in a pending case) on behalf of Alan Keyes to authenticate a Certified Copy of Registration of Birth, dated Feb. 17, 1964, stating Barack Hussein Obama II was born on Aug. 4, 1961 at Coast General Hospital in the District of Mombasa, Coast Province, Republic of Kenya.

Taitz also filed a special motion for leave to conduct discovery as to Hillary Clinton and certain non-party witnesses to initiate testimony and preserve evidence.

She stated, “As should be apparent from the nature and content of the document, if authenticated, and shown to be genuine, the contents of this document will significantly narrow and shorten the discovery and pre-trial litigation period necessary in this case, and might lead to an early resolution by settlement or transfer of these proceedings to the United States House of Representatives and Senate according to the procedures outlined in the Constitution.”

Taitz said for evidence at issue, including requests for relevant passport materials and other documents existing within the United States, as well as all requests to be made through diplomatic channels to foreign tribunals, Clinton is the first and primary proper target of letters rogatory to be submitted to proper authorities abroad in Kenya, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Aggravating her concerns, Taitz said it has become apparent and “confirmed by hearsay evidence” that “political pressure may be brought to bear to destroy all relevant evidence,” and asked that plaintiffs be authorized to issue a special subpoena for deposition for Clinton to appear within 21 days.

She cites, as hearsay evidence, the case of Lieutenant Quarles Harris, Jr., who, after being criminally charged for fraud involving credit cards issued in the names of persons on copies of passport applications obtained from a co-conspirator working for the U.S. Department of State, was cooperating with the FBI and was subsequently murdered.

In the alternative, Taitz asks the court to issue and transmit letters rogatory and requests directly to each of the appropriate foreign offices, agencies or tribunals with appropriate jurisdiction in the relevant countries without intervention or assistance of Clinton.

Taitz writes, “It is urgent that this request be prosecuted prior to the normal onset of discovery in this case … There has never been a constitutional challenge to the identity and eligibility of a sitting President of the United States and so there are no direct precedents regarding this matter.”

Noting there could be “severe and significant” fallout from her filing being made public, Taitz claims she has not made any pre-judgment or prediction regarding the actual authenticity of the document, which she said was provided to her in the manner of the color photograph by a source wishing to remain anonymous because he fears for his life.

WorldNetDaily claims it has obtained other birth records from Kenya for comparison and states the form of the documents appear identical.

So now there are two certificates of birth for Obama claiming he was born on two different continents.

Both state his parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham and specify his date of birth as Aug. 4, 1961.

While neither contain the name of a doctor, the Kenyan certificate contains the name of the hospital where Obama was allegedly born.

Some say Obama, or his mother, pulled a “Sun Yat-sen,” the Chinese revolutionary credited for having a role in overthrowing the Qing Dynasty in 1911, to obtain his Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth.

Although Sun Yat-sen was born Nov. 12, 1866 in the village of Cuiheng in southern China, he was able to obtain a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, issued by the Territory of Hawaii in March 1904, stating he was born on Nov. 24, 1870 in Kula, Maui by signing a statement declaring so, providing a photograph of himself and having Chinese friends attest to his birth.

Obama’s half sister Maya Soetoro-Ng also has a Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii, just like the one displayed on the Internet for Obama, even though she was born in Jakarta, Indonesia.

However, document expert Ron Polarick, Ph.D, who concluded the Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth posted on the Internet for Obama is a forgery, after having a day or two to mull over the Kenyan birth certificate and came to the same conclusion for that one as well.
Polarick points out the certificate number 47,044 would be too coincidental with Obama being 47 years old when elected the 44th President of the United States.

So, if all the documents are forgeries, why is Obama spending upwards of $1 million to keep his real birth certificate, school records, passport and other travel documents hidden from the public?
