“Each year the Kiwanis Scholarship Committee, chaired by Janet Busbee, works very hard to determine which local area students will receive scholarship awards. This year we are very proud to announce that as a result of all of the efforts by the Kiwanis Membership and the Marketplace Volunteers, the Kiwanis Club/Foundation will be awarding a total of $250,000 in scholarship awards to 34 deserving students.
I wanted to personally invite you to this 2019 Kiwanis Annual Awards Night Program which will be held on May 15th at 5:30 pm at the Fine Arts Center / 33016 North 60th Street / Cave Creek. The Keynote speaker will be Tara Jackson, President of the Arizona Town Hall, whose objective is to create an informed community where participants discuss challenging political and social topics in a manner which builds consensus and creates blueprints for positive change.
