ian cordwellCAVE CREEK – During Thursday’s planning commission meeting, Planning Director Ian Cordwell explained Carefree Consultants, Inc. owns three parcels totaling 2.82 acres southwest of Cave Creek and School House roads, which it initially sold to Edge Development, LLC.
