This is the last issue of Sonoran News before the election which may forever change America.
I received an unprecedented amount of hate mail concerning Linda Bentley’s article about the challenge by Attorney Philip Berg in federal court concerning an allegation that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and not Hawaii, and therefore is not eligible to run for any office in the United States.
Read Linda Bentley’s front page article for an update. You will find Obama’s representatives didn’t respond to Berg’s assertions and as a result Berg claims they are true under federal rules. Later however, the U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick, a Clinton appointee, ruled that Berg did not have standing and dismissed the case while not ruling on the merits.
The issue is by no means dead as Berg is appealing to the United States Supreme Court.
Many asked why the national press has not picked up on this. They have now, but kept it buried, as they have buried anything negative about Obama. It is amazing that McCain isn’t out of the running by now, given negative press about him and Palin, but a bye for Obama on every issue.
All of the press about ACORN’s push in state after state has been deminimus; imagine what it would be if ACORN was trying to register unqualified voters for McCain. Obama’s close ties with ACORN are a matter of record, but where did you see it in the national media?
The major media let Obama get away with saying repeatedly that Pentagon bomber William Ayers “was just a guy in the neighborhood” when he a long close relationship with Weather Underground Ayers. It was a bold face lie, and even McCain, in debate, didn’t challenge the lie. As late as 2001, Ayers was quoted as saying he should have killed more.
Ayers has become the darling of the education lobby and his recent book has received accolades. Ayers has printed 17 books on education, many of which are being used by high schools and colleges. Your kids are forced to learn from a home grown terrorist and socialist.
Did the media read Obama’s autobiography, “Dreams of My Father, a Story of Race and Inheritance?” It is replete with his view of whites as oppressors of blacks, finding little about America to praise or emulate. He viewed himself as a victim of whites and wrote, “The other race (white) would always remain just that; menacing, alien and apart.”
Yet he had a choice. He isn’t black. He is half black. He chose the life of a black man, perhaps sensing that white guilt (and affirmative action) would benefit him and it certainly has.
It is believed that his mentor, called Frank in his book, was Frank Marshall Davis, a black poet, Marxist and admitted pedophile. Davis was a close friend of Obama’s white grandfather and his mother. Some believe “Ann,” the 13 year old that Davis bragged about seducing, was Obama’s mother.
We have all heard the rants of Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s minister of 20 years who goddamned America and whites. Obama didn’t hear Wright, but everyone else did. Imagine if McCain or Palin attended such a church for five minutes - you would still be hearing about it.
The national media is a disgrace and if Obama is elected president they are the major reason.
Obama is a racist. His book and his cronies make that clear. There is so much on the record about Obama’s association with socialist organizations it was predictable his policies would be socialist and they are.
I am occasionally called a racist because of my view of Obama. In this election, if Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Ward Connery or Walter Williams were Democrats and running for president, I would vote for them before I would vote for McCain.
Why?
Because they exemplify conservative thought and behavior, are devoted to America and are highly qualified intellectuals. Yes, they are all black.
Of course liberals would call them “Uncle Tom’s.”
Then there is Obama’s wife, Michelle, who has been kept under wraps since she sounded off too often showing her own racism. Her thesis was locked up, and then released after Princeton realized it was already on the Internet. You can find it at www.politico.com.
I printed the whole thing but frankly am left to wonder why a university would accept such a useless study when she admits in her conclusion the sample in her statistics was much too small to draw accurate conclusions.
Christopher Hitchens wrote, concerning Michelle’s thesis: “To describe it as hard to read would be a mistake; the thesis cannot be ‘read’ at all in the strict sense of the verb. This is because it wasn’t written in any known language.”
Michelle LaVaughn Robinson sent out 400 questionnaires and 90 were returned.
She set out to prove black alumni would gravitate toward helping their lower income race members post graduation and was disappointed when the questionnaires did not bear out her desires.
Early in her rambling diatribe, she references the likes of Stokely Carmichael: “Stokely Carmichael and Charles Hamilton (1967) developed definitions of separationism in their discussion of Black Power which guided me in the formulation and use of this concept in the study.”
“The concept of Black Power rests on the fundamental premise: Before a group can enter open society, it must close ranks. By this we mean that group solidarity is necessary before a group can operate effectively from a bargaining position of strength in a pluralistic society.”
And guess what? Just like Bill and Hillary, we get a twofer here.
I fear for our country.
