The building of the driveway into the intersection of E. El Sendero Dr. and Cave Creek road is a safety concern to the homeowners on El Sendero
The driveway is 15 feet from the stop sign. It creates a danger to anyone trying to access Cave Creek road from El Sendero or anyone turning from Cave Creek road onto El Sendero. El Sendero is 17 feet wide at the stop sign. This creates a danger for motorists, pedestrians and bicycles.
The community has brought their concerns to Carefree and Cave Creek officials and they don’t care. They will not take any action. That driveway is a hazard to anyone who uses it.
