I am sharing the Cromford chart on homes on the market in the 85331 and 85377 zip codes. The Active inventory as of July 13, 2024 is 269 units. The annual sale count is 637, with the running average days of inventory at 122.93. The annual average days of inventory is 153.5. As you can clearly see from the chart, our numbers of inventory are up. We seem to be where we were in March of 2018 as far as inventory. The annual sales count was at around 976, however.
