Character, Honesty, Integrity and a Hard Work Ethic. These are not values of a forgotten time long ago, rather the foundation of how most of us live our lives and wish more of our elected leaders and those running for office did too. It is past time to recognize, support and elect those who genuinely do their homework, conduct their research, read all available documents, speak to and interview voters and principles on all sides of an issue and then stand up and take the arrows when difficult decisions based on the facts are needed to protect the interests of the town and its citizens.
I am extremely proud to know such a person. Colleen Rose-Scurti is the right person for this time in Carefree’s history, for the critical issues that face the Town of Carefree and the only one uniquely qualified to unite the citizens of Carefree to move forward.
