Carefree Neighbors,
The past six years as a member of your Town Council, I have been working with dedicated residents to accomplish much for the betterment of this unique community. In addition, as a member of your water company board, we have solidified quality water service throughout Carefree so that all residents could enjoy the same outstanding water service.
I am very fiscally responsible and care about the aesthetics of our community. You won’t see any signs with my name or pictures of my face out there. You won’t see any mailers cluttering your mailbox (that ultimately end up cluttering our landfill). I haven’t done them on my own in the past and you won’t see them now or in the future.
Serving on the town council is a volunteer position that is often very thankless—then why do it? When you can serve your community in a positive way, it can be very rewarding. At the end of the day, I’m your neighbor, I care about this community, as you do, and I want the best for our residents.
My record speaks for itself. I’ve served, volunteered, and will continue to do so. I know the history of our community, I’m a native Arizonan, the product of immigrant parents and I’m proud of my upbringing. If re-elected, I pledge to continue to work to attract and support our retailers and attract new ones to rejuvenate our town core, manage any development of the few commercial properties remaining to limit their development to include environmental sensitivity and advocate for our residents to help decide key initiatives on the ballot.
I’m proud to serve and am asking for your vote for a final council term in July’s election. I’d be honored to have your vote.
