The chart from Cromford that I am sharing with you this week is showing a lot of RED. The background to the trend arrow is colored green if the direction is favorable for sellers and is colored red if the direction is favorable for buyers. However, homes are still selling less than 3% of asking price, so you may not be able to negotiate very much off the sales price if you are buying, and the home you are buying is costing more than it was last year. The inventory is still very low but there are some great choices out there.
