Your presence in our journey has made it possible for us to weather the storms, navigate the challenges, and keep the flame of hope burning brightly for our Neighbors.
With your support, we have:
- Provided Non-Emergency and Recreational Transportation – offering a lifeline to our Neighbors and insuring they make it to their medical appointments and continue experiencing the joy of shared activities.
- Delivered nutritious meals through our Mobile Meals Program – Its more than just a meal delivery, it’s a chance to do check-ins on those in isolation.
- Created a Network of Caring: Your kindness has been the cornerstone of a compassionate community network. It’s not just the tangible services; it’s the warmth, companionship, and dignity that we’ve extended to our Neighbors, thanks to your dedication.
This Giving Tuesday, we have set an ambitious 24-hour goal: to raise $40,000 – Funds which will enable us to continue our vital work!
