Since last issue, our inventory as reported in ARMLS, overall has increased by 579 more active listings. It is not unusual to see an uptick of inventory this time of year, as traditionally, sales seem to slow a bit for September and October.
Sellers have come back into town and are ready to get started on their process of selling. The MOHR Group, Realty Executives, has seen more showing activity in the last week. It seems the activity is starting a little early. It is welcoming to us to see more inventory as Kendal, Ryan and myself have buyers waiting for their special abode to pop up.
Because of the length of time we have lived and sold in the area, we tend to know of some special places and special views.
