The 2022-23 High School Basketball Season is underway. Congratulations to all the players representing Cactus Shadows this year on the hardwood!
The Boys Basketball team has three home games in 2022, Nov 30, Dec 13 and Dec 15. Dec 13th is our annual Youth night where all CCUSD elementary and middle school students get in free with a paid adult. Dec. 15 is our Silent Night game. This game is not to be missed!
The Falcons look to get back to the postseason and have a challenging schedule that will help prepare them for February Frenzy.

Coach Washut has some key returners that will make an impact on the court this year. Senior Josh Adams was the team’s leading scorer last year and has unlimited range. He will have an opportunity to play at the next level.
Sophomore Trey Chemin looks to build off a great freshmen year and make great strides in being one of the best players in the region. His size and skills continue to increase and he will be a player to keep an eye on throughout his career at Cactus Shadows.
Junior Patrick Geary will bring his size and motor to the boards while playing paint protector. Junior Eric Mullenmeister will handle PG duties and look to run the show. Senior Niko Ebert is a wing slasher that can attack the rim or knock down the outside jumper.
It is an exciting team that plays better when the NEST IS PACKED!
