Condo for sale
If you are thinking of moving to New York City in the near future, you may want to have a look at a condo for sale in the Hell’s Kitchen district of Manhattan. It comes with a variety of unusual amenities, reports the Association of Mature American Citizens [AMAC]. For example, the purchase price includes a trip for two aboard a Virgin Galactic space ship—“If that venture ever gets off the ground.” If you buy the apartment you’ll also get a trio of luxury cars—a pair of Rolls Royce sedans and a Lamborghini roadster—as well as a million-dollar yacht, the services of a personal chef and a live in butler for a year and a summer vacation in a mansion by the sea. All of this, and more, for just $85 million.
Something in the air
Many of us grew up with the unmistakable scent of Play-Doh in the air. It’s a one-of-a-kind aroma that can’t be duplicated because Hasbro, which introduced Play-Doh in 1956 has trademarked the smell, says the Association of Mature American Citizens [AMAC]. The company describes the scent as “sweet, slightly musky, vanilla-like fragrance, with slight overtones of cherry, and the natural smell of a salted, wheat-based dough.”
Cell phone case does double duty
Softbank, a Japanese company, has introduced a product, which might be of interest to parents concerned that their iPhone-wielding children aren’t getting enough physical exercise. It’s a 22-pound phone case. Actually, according to the Association of Mature American Citizens [AMAC], it is a cell phone case that is permanently attached to a standard 22-pound dumbbell.
