The Cave Creek Unified School District would like to thank Harold’s Corral for hosting the Oktoberfest Fundraiser that was held on October 7, 2017. Desert Sun Academy’s PTO received an additional $500 as the winning prize for selling the most tickets. Black Mountain Elementary School received $1,514.25; Lone Mountain Elementary School received $147.18; Sonoran Trails Middle School received $1,514.25; Desert Willow Elementary School received $1,143.48; Cactus Shadows received $738.73 and Desert Sun Academy received $2,829.39 (includes $500 winner prize) for a total of $7,887.28.
Dr. Debbi Burdick, Superintendent, said, “Harold’s continues to be a strong supporter of our Cave Creek Unified Schools. The generosity of Harold’s and the many sponsors of Oktoberfest allows dollars for our school Parent Teacher Organizations (PTOs) to support the various needs at their schools, whether it be technology, playground equipment or instructional aides. CCUSD is fortunate to have such amazing community support—thank you!”
