The overall number of homes on the market may seem high right now. If you go to the ARMLS listing service and do a search, you will see that it has over 26,000 active and coming soon listings. When you take a deeper dive and just search for Maricopa County and active only, the number of properties drops to 19,516 homes. When we search just for single-family detached, we see there is a current supply of 14,371 homes for sale in all of Maricopa County.
Clearly, our inventory is at a very low number.
