American Legion Post 34 to host annual rummage sale to benefit veterans

The American Legion Post 34 auxiliary will host its popular rummage sale on Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 8 AM-3 PM. Featured goods include clothing, thrift store goodies, household items, furniture, art, collectibles and more. Donations of goods can be made on designated dates beginning January 6 through January 18, 2024. This is one of the largest rummage sales in the Valley of the Sun.

The schedule for donation drop-offs is:
Mondays: January 6 and 13, 10 am-2 pm
Wednesdays: January 8 and January 15, 10 am – 2 pm
Saturdays: January 11 and January 18, 10 am – 2 pm

Donations will be accepted in the back parking lot of Post 34 and there will be a pop-up tent with signage that easily will be seen in the parking lot. People with furniture or extremely large items should call Mark Leinen at 608.797.5415 to make arrangements; 100% of the proceeds benefit veterans. 

Items not accepted are: armoires, box springs, mattresses, ceiling fans, large appliances, TVs, computers, printers, used stereo components, light fixtures, bed pillows and mattress pads. 

American Legion Post 34 is located at 6272 E. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, Ariz.
