We are heading toward the home stretch for the year! The Cromford Report’s weekly charts on sales demonstrate why we need to look locally for our Real Estate information when selling our Real Estate.
This also shows that the doom and gloom I am hearing about the market is uncalled for. Scottsdale sales have been the same this time of year for 3 years.
Cave Creek seems like it will be ending better than 2023. I believe the top reasons our sales are stronger are a couple of reasons: more inventory and our snowbirds are back. I am anxious to see what 2025 will bring us. I am feeling positive for a busy 2025 Real Estate year!
