Judy Bruce
On October 3rd, so many excited Sonoran Arts League artists picked up their work from the summer at the beautiful Desert Foothills Library, and Hidden in the Hills artists brought examples of their work for the Hidden in the Hills Showcase. Our core group of outstanding loyal volunteers from the Sonoran Arts League Desert Foothills Library Gallery quickly and expertly hung the pieces.
Tess Mosko Scherer, who usually works with Sheila Kolach, currated the show beautifully. Patrick O’Grady, Ted Loomis and Michele Corsini were the trusty strong ladder climbers hanging the work as Valerie Hildebrand, Julia Harmon checked in art as the Bruce’s checked out the Hot Summer Show, Carole Perry stepped up to help to. Valerie has been instrumental in preparing contracts, prospectus, name tags, and doing the outstanding PR for the Gallery for over fifteen years. She is terrific and spends hours and hours preparing for every show! We could not do this Gallery without her expertise and her willingness to voluntarily work tirelessly for every show.
We will have a reception for the artists and the public on October 25th from 3:30—5:00 at the Desert Foothills Library. Refreshments and Proseco will be served during this free public event. Everyone is invited! You may bring family and friends!

Do stop by the Library for the October 26th reception, the November 6th presentation, or just view the exciting art!
