- Approved the Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Lead Contracting Agency, League of Oregon Cities, as required by the NPPGov Purchasing Cooperative, by authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town and approve the purchase of a new Freightliner – Fire Water Tanker (Tender) with a 3000-Gallon Tank and 1000 Gallon per Minute (GPM) Pump for the Town of Cave Creek, by authorizing the Town Manager to execute on behalf of the Town, a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, with FOUTS Bros, Inc of Milledgeville, GA for this Vehicle, for an amount up to $436,556.00
- Approved authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a contract with API, General Contractors, for construction of the Cave Creek Memorial Arena and Rodeo Grounds SKYBOX Project, for an amount up to $595,000.00 and authorizing staff to make appropriate fund transfers necessary to implement the project
- Approved a Sole Source Agreement with Ferguson Waterworks, for the purchase of Neptune Metering equipment and software, for an amount up to $500,000.00 for the next three (3) years
