Every now and then I run into someone that tells me they are waiting for the price of housing to come down. This issue I am posting a chart from Cromford Report that shows where the prices have gone year over year for our AZ cities.
I also feel it’s important to mention that I spoke previously about the inventory supply going up a little. As of Wednesday July 31, it is at 17,515 which really keeps us in a seller’s market.
