Alex Nadesan is running for Cave Creek’s Town Council on a platform of serving his community. All residents have a right to be heard and Alex is committed to listening. He believes his energy, experience in the private and public sectors, and collaborative skills will benefit residents and The Town of Cave Creek.
Alex’s platform:
(1.) Use the 2021 General Plan and Strategic Plan as guidelines; (2.) Preserve the rural and low-density land use pattern of Cave Creek; (3.) Preserve, promote, and enhance Cave Creek’s western heritage and eclectic culture; (4.) Protect important natural surroundings from development; (5.) Maintain our strong financial position; (6.) Continue focus and investment in our water resources and infrastructure; (7.) Foster a culture of collaboration and sense of community through communication with residents, promoting open dialogue, feedback and understanding; (8.) Base decisions on what’s best for the Town and its residents; (9.) Work with staff to protect our town from cyber-attacks and ransomware; (10.) Engage businesses since tax revenue is vital and we want them to thrive; (11.) and Enhance our town core pedestrian experience.
Alex and his family have been residents of the area for 25 years. Alex is a former Infantry Officer and U.S. Army veteran. He is an entrepreneur, former business owner and executive. He has served on the Cave Creek Water Advisory Council (Feb 2020-Dec 2022) and Board Chair of The Holland Center 501(c)(3) (July 2020 – Oct 2022).
