We are just short 3 days short of a month at this writing and we still have strong closing numbers for the 85331 and 85377 zip codes. Counting actives only, our supply just doesn’t seem to be able to make it over that 17,000 mark.
I have included a chart from the Cromford report that shows us really where we have been and were we are. This is for Carefree and Cave Creek only. We can look at this and truly see how it is driven by supply and demand.
