The Town of Cave Creek (Town) is seeking a quality Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide assistance with costing and value engineering during the final design for a new 3,200 square foot administrative area for Town staff, located in a portion of a larger building being completed by the Foothills Food Bank. The Food Bank portion of the building is being constructed under a separate contract. An initial contract will be issued for these services and will be amended to include actual future construction activities and costs.
ArchSol has been contracted by the Town to complete the design of this important Town project. The future facility will serve as office, and meeting space for Utility and Public Works employees. The area will also house a laboratory and control room for the Town’s wastewater treatment plant.
The Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for this CMAR position is open for all qualified firms to review and access through the Town’s procurement site at “https//www.cavecreekaz.gov/bids”. If a selection cannot be made with the proposals received, up to three (3) firms will be invited to participate in a short presentation/interview with the Town’s selection committee.
