In just one day, Carefree’s First Annual Holiday Toy & Food Drive, collected hundreds of toys for our communities Angel Trees, Toys for Tots, and boxes of Food for Foothills Foodbank from our generous community! This community event was hosted by Carefree Fire Department Captain Zack Massengale, the Fire Fighters from Battalions E825 E821 ER821, and The View Carefree Exclusive Listing Agent Trish Gore of Coldwell Banker Realty. John Crane attended along with Santa and Mrs. Claus for all the children to get a FREE photo with Santa!
Community participant Shelley Saban was so excited to donate Toys that she arrived with two brand-new bikes complete with matching bike helmets! She got teared up as she mentioned it was so exciting to give toys and be a part of making a child’s Christmas bright!
