At an acknowledgment ceremony October 17, the Town of Cave Creek celebrated receiving a grant from Firehouse Subs. Thanks to the grant of $28,742 from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, the Town is now better equipped with a new utility terrain vehicle (UTV) with skid unit, which will allow for rapid responses to trail and off-road incidents that are inaccessible to traditional emergency vehicles. Mayor Morris, Vice Mayor Royer, Council members Bunch and McGuire, as well as Chief Ford, Town Manager Dyrek, and local Firehouse Subs owner Logan Hubbard, were on hand for the official check presentation. The Town of Cave Creek wanted to officially thank Firehouse Subs and the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation for their support of our local emergency services.
