As you can see from the Cromford Report, we can gauge how short our supply is compared to our demand. Interest rates have gone up .25 % but I really don’t see that having an effect in our area. I know many people think higher interest rates mean lower prices. With this supply, I feel higher interest rates just means the buyer has less buying power.
