Our sleepy towns are probably going to get a rude awakening! The TSMC plan on State Route 74 (Carefree Hwy) is going to explode with approximately 80,000 new jobs when things get rolling!
You can expect probably a high majority of these jobs to be transplants from other cities and countries across the globe! For all of those folks waiting to buy, I will ask you why? As I have mentioned previously, our supply is at dangerously low levels, and add 80,000 more new families! I am sure we will all feel the population growth in leaps and bounds!
