It seems no one knows about the law and no one is enforcing it. I have talked to
several people in the last 3 years that did not know about the distracted noise ordinance .
If no one knows about the law and no one is enforcing it what good is it?? I have known about it for 3 years and do as it says. Let’s get the word out and get the law enforced.
How many tickets have been issued in the last 3 years for noise ordinance
above 80 decimals ? For all vehicles including motorcycles with loud mufflers and other noise sources such as speakers playing loud music on the motorcycles. Let’s start enforcing the law as it should be.
What good is a law if it is not enforced? After a few $500 dollar fines and 30 days in jail people will start to take notice.The word will get out very fast.
I know this will not solve the problem but I bet it would help..Is there a good reason this law is not enforced?
