The amount of misinformation spewed by the “NO” coalition has reached epic proportions.
Recently, a member of their group called an official at the State Bureau of Emergency Services and completely distorted his answers to her questions in order to fit her narrative. When contacted, the official was adamant that he had not only been misquoted but didn’t have access to the information she claimed to have received. How can the citizens of Carefree have an informed vote when one side deliberately engages in distorting the truth? I truly hope voters can see through the wild assertions promoted by those against the tax referendum.
I will vote “YES.”
